Terms and Conditions of Toshiba EasyOffice

Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is available to Toshiba Direct customers who are categorised as a Small Business located in Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Australian customers only.

2. This off­er is not available in conjunction with any other Toshiba promotion.

3. There are no guarantees that you will receive a brand new device.

4. A $275.00 (inc. GST) installation charge applies to each device.

5. You must pay to us the Total Monthly Fee per month billed in advance throughout the Term by way of Direct Debit on the due date.

6. This contract may be terminated at any time by either party with thirty (30) days written notice. Please email MPSInvoice@Toshiba-tap.com for all cancellations.

7. Upon receiving written notice to terminate by either party, Toshiba (Australia) Pty Ltd shall have thirty (30) days to remove the Goods from your premises and the $275.00 (inc. GST) pickup fee as per the schedule will be payable by you.

8. The Microsoft 365 subscription has 5 users and will also be terminated in conjunction with item 6. For additional Microsoft 365 subscriptions you will be charged an additional $148.50 inc. GST per 5 additional users, which will be added to your monthly payment.

9. ‘Print as much as you want’ must be in accordance and adhere to the Fair Usage Policy in the Toshiba (Australia) Pty Ltd Subscription agreement.

10. Customers must sign and adhere to Toshiba's Subscription agreement before commencing this plan.

11. The device can be easily self-installed following the self-help guides, information from our website, YouTube and limited phone support. Depending upon the complexity of your requirements, we can, for a fee, provide Service Desk support remotely, or trained technicians to attend site.

12. Training is provided via our website, YouTube channels, at no charge. If you require on-site face-to-face training we can provide this at an additional charge. Please let us know your requirements so we can provide a quotation.

13. Productivity Package 1 A4 Starter and Productivity Package 3 A4 Power are subject to availability.
